Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your ph365bond account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ph365bond support immediately at [email protected]. ph365bond will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost due to unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
Account Verification (KYC). ph365bond may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide any documents reasonably requested by ph365bond for this purpose. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
Accepted Payment Methods. ph365bond accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph365bond does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on ph365bond is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard.
Withdrawal Processing. ph365bond processes withdrawal requests as follows:
Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. ph365bond does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. ph365bond reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first contacting ph365bond support is a breach of these Terms. ph365bond reserves the right to suspend your account and recover any funds subject to an unjustified chargeback.
General Bonus Terms. ph365bond offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotions, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and free spins will be forfeited upon expiry. ph365bond is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the promotion terms.

Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, ph365bond reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes to the player's account. ph365bond will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected stake.

Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the outcome recorded in ph365bond's server logs shall be the definitive record. Players may raise disputes by contacting ph365bond support within seven (7) days of the relevant game round.

Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph365bond's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph365bond platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph365bond account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
